This program reaches over 200 property rental websites giving all area Realtors information on your home(s). The homes are then automatically placed on the HAR.com website, where the public can view them.
Furthermore, we also use social media for advertising our current sales and rental listings. With the rising popularity of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, we understand the need to advertise frequently. We’ve found
that effective internet marketing helps us find the right qualified tenants for each of our properties.
Physical Marketing Strategies To Attract Qualified Tenants
Besides internet marketing, we also attract qualified tenants through the use of attention-getting and eye-catching yard signs. Our Real Estate signs are comprised of vivid red, white, and blue lettering that can be seen one block away. To additionally attract prospective qualified tenants, we use text messaging technology displayed on the sign. These calls to action instruct passersby on how to receive your home’s information via their cell phone.
