Precision Realty & Management provides a full management package for a small percentage of the monthly rent collected.  Depending on the amount of the rent, our management fees are scheduled using a sliding scale (shown below).  We charge no set up fee! A leasing fee equal to one month's rent is charged with a much smaller fee for negotiating renewal leases.

Lease Rate: $0 - $1,199 = 10% per month

Lease Rate: $1,200 - $1,699 = 9% per month

Lease Rate: $1,700 - $2,200 = 8% per month

Lease Rate: $2,201 - $3,000 = 7% per month

 Lease Rate: $3,000 +++ = 6% per month
